Billing

Payments are charged in advance for the selected subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

Price Changes

GPTForgeLab may change subscription fees at any time. Price changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, tools, and services provided by GPTForgeLab, including but not limited to code, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of GPTForgeLab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from GPTForgeLab without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

Certain parts of our Services may allow you to submit, generate, or share content. You retain all rights to your user-generated content. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but the provisions of these Terms will remain in effect, including those related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

GPTForgeLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
