Refund Policy

GPTForgeLab offers subscription-based services. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected subscription period (monthly, annually, etc.).

Refunds for subscription services may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using our services and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for an extended period due to system outages or maintenance, you may request a prorated refund.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the services, unless there are clear technical issues impacting usage.
  • Any request made after 30 days of the initial purchase.

2. Refund Process

  • Your name and account information.
  • Reason for requesting a refund, along with any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of technical issues).

2.1 Review and Approval

Once your request is received, we will review it and may contact you for further details. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

2.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to the service for the remainder of the billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your subscription period unless there are extenuating circumstances (as noted in Section 1.1).

4. One-Time Purchases

For any one-time purchases made through GPTForgeLab (e.g., premium content, tools, or services):

  • Refunds will only be considered if the product or service was defective or not as described.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
